Institutional
In the 1980s, motivated by the rise of tourism in the region, Mr. José Wilson Vieira (until then a partner in one of the first pharmacies in Balneário Camboriú) together with his wife Rogéria Vieira, bought the land to start the construction of his hotel. On October 6, 1988 the Hotel Vieiras was officially founded, together with the reception of the first tour group. At the time, to serve them, the couple counted on the help of friends and family from Balneário Camboriú, all of them working carrying tables and chairs, wearing bedding, replacing the breakfast buffet and working hard, thus proving that to get success takes a lot of work. At the time, the hotel had 22 housing units spread over two floors and had only six employees, but it had dreamy people who, without money, worked around the clock on maintenance, laundry, apartment cleaning, service at the reception desk and at whatever was needed. Today that old dream is one of the most traditional companies in Balneário Camboriú and all through hard work and dedication. Today, they are already retired, and who are continuing this dream are the 3 children of the couple: Wilson Rafael, Marco Rodrigo and Julia Roberta.

Breakfast:
Complimentary breakfast to our guest. Outsourced service operated by Restaurante da Arlete and served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.
Leisure area, games and playground:
Our leisure area has a playground for children from 0 to 12 years old, and our games room has pool, foosball and ping-pong tables. The leisure area also has a heated pool and rest area. This area is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The hotel is not responsible for inspecting children and children under 18 who are using this area, care and supervision is the full responsibility of their legal guardians and representatives.
Smokers:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the hotel, for smoking areas, consult the reception.
Parking:
Hotel Vieiras parking is a separate service and is not included in any reservations. To use it, prior confirmation and agreement between the parties is required. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles during the goal and parking them in their respective parking spaces. The Hotel has two parking blocks, one in the hotel's own physical structure and the other in the garage across the street, which is also owned by the hotel.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed to enter and remain on the hotel premises.
Daily:
For definition purposes, the hotel's daily rates start at 15:00 and end at 12:00. Therefore, the guest is aware that he must vacate his room before 12:00 on the last day of his reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional daily charge.
Policy on accommodation for children under 18
Child up to 6 years old accompanied by 02 paying adults is free, in case of 02 children the second one will pay normal value. From 07 years, children pay full daily rate.
BRAZILIAN LEGISLATION ESTABLISHES THAT THE ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS IN HOTELS IS CONDITIONAL TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
If accompanied by the parents (or one of them), the minor must carry an original identity or birth certificate or certified copy, provided that the parents are also carrying a photo identification document; If the child or adolescent is alone or accompanied by a third party, authorization signed by parents or guardians with a duly registered notarized or judicial authorization is required; The Statute for Children and Adolescents was amended by Law No. 13,812 / 2019 and now provides that no child or adolescent under 16 years of age may travel unaccompanied by parents or guardians without express authorization. Regarding accommodation, Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute has not been changed and states that: “It is forbidden to host a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, pension or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents or guardian . ” The same Statute, in its art. 2nd, a person is considered to be a child up to twelve years of age incomplete and a teenager to be between twelve and eighteen years of age.
Minors will be able to stay only accompanied by their guardians carrying legal documents that prove them (document of the guardian and the minor, birth certificate, RG or Passport)
